About us
We're just two people, one vintage RV, and a very spoiled cat
We're Nikki and Phil — partners in life and in this slightly unhinged vintage RV adventure. In 2026, after a long search, we found Dazey: a 1999 Lazy Daze Class C motorhome that checked every box on our "unicorn" list.
We're not full-timers (yet), and we're not experts. We're just figuring out vintage RV life one campsite, repair, decorating project, and road trip at a time — and sharing the wins, the messes, and the lessons along the way.
Oh, and there's Tino. He's a tabby cat who came along for the ride and somehow became the real star of the show. Camping with a cat is its own adventure, and we're documenting every dramatic moment.

Dazey
1999 Lazy Daze · the star
Our vintage Class C motorhome and the whole reason this exists. She's quirky, she's sturdy, and she's already part of the family. We're restoring her one project at a time.
Tino
Traveling cat & morale officer
A spoiled rescue kitty who has claimed Dazey as his kingdom. Expert napper, window bird-watcher, and the reason we own so many lint rollers. Camping with a cat is chaotic joy.
Phil
Driver & chief fixer
Keeps the engine humming and the plumbing not-leaking. Has watched more RV repair YouTube at midnight than he'd care to admit. Brings the calm when a tire blows.
Nikki
Co-pilot & head decorator
Finds the campgrounds, picks the color palette, and makes sure Dazey always feels like home. Will rearrange a cabinet at 11pm because it 'wasn't speaking to her.'
Why we started
We wanted a place to share the real, unfiltered side of vintage RV life — not just the pretty campsites, but the blown tires and stubborn drawers too.
What we believe
Slow travel. Good food. Small spaces done well. And that a vintage rig with character beats a brand-new one without a soul.
